With its outstanding features, FPT AI Mentor, an innovative training solution, has successfully passed the preliminary round and advanced to the Voting Round of the AI Application Product Awards 2024 (AI Awards). After the preliminary round, where over 70 entries were submitted, 48 AI-powered solutions for enterprises and life made it to the voting phase of the AI Awards 2024. In this round, users can vote for their favorite and most valued solutions until August 15. Entries with the highest number of votes, combined with evaluations from the Jury, will proceed to the presentation round. The final score will consist of 40% user votes and 60% expert evaluations. The organizers and Jury will then select the top five exceptional projects and announce the winners at AI4VN.

Pioneering Application at FPT Long Châu Pharmacy Chain
As Vietnam’s leading pharmacy retail chain, FPT Long Châu has pioneered the adoption of AI in pharmacist training. Since June 2023, FPT AI Mentor has been trialed with a group of 360 pharmacists with less than 1.5 years of experience who had previously encountered sales errors. After one month, remarkable improvements were observed: less than 1% of trainees (around three individuals) repeated previous mistakes. After three months of training, the pharmacists’ response speed to customer queries improved by 26%, reducing from 15 seconds to just 11 seconds.
Currently, FPT Long Châu has expanded the AI training model to approximately 4,000 pharmacists, with plans to increase the number to 7,000 next year. Their ultimate goal is to train about 10,000 pharmacists regularly on this innovative platform, enhancing average productivity by 30%.
