3. Obligations of Sellers

* FPT.AI Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services of FPT AI.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of FPT AI product and service information provided on the e-commerce website.
  • Conform legal regulations regarding online payment, protection of consumer rights, and other related regulations applied to e-commerce activities.
  • Comply to tax oblications detetermined by the law
  • Resolve users’ queries and problems

4. Obligations of Buyer

* Customer Responsibilities

  • Comply to service-related regulations and procedures as stated by FPT AI
  • Provide complete payment for FPT AI based on the order as well as bills and receipts (if available)
  • Support and provide detailed information related to the transaction for FPT Cloud when asked
