This prestigious global award is based on evaluations and votes from organizations and businesses utilizing AI solutions in 2024, acknowledging FPT.AI’s efforts in creating exceptional value for enterprises.
SoftwareReviews, part of the Info-Tech Research Group, is one of the world’s leading research and advisory organizations focused on pioneering technology solutions. It specializes in analyzing the experiences of businesses deploying and using technology solutions. The insights gathered help enterprises select the most suitable technology partners. The “Conversational AI Software” award is the result of nearly 12 months of detailed surveys and feedback from technology experts and enterprise users.
