On March 31, 2025, FPT.AI participated in the seminar “Expert Insights: AI Applications in Manufacturing – Driving Innovation and Growth,” organised by the Industry and Trade Magazine. The seminar featured Mr Ho Minh Thang, Head of AI Consulting and Delivery, AI Division at FPT Smart Cloud, FPT Corporation. The AI Mentor system has trained over 16,000 pharmacists across 2,000 stores for just 25 minutes per day, improving customer consultation quality. The system analyses pharmacists’ strengths and weaknesses, personalising their learning and minimising errors in customer interactions.
