Vietnam Digital Awards (VDA) is a national awards held by the Ministry of Information and Communications to honor outstanding achievements in digital transformation of government agencies, businesses and individuals, aiming to accelerate national digital transformation. Virtual Healthcare Agent is built to support 3 main groups: F0 isolated at home, F0 caregivers and suspected cases, helping to reduce burden of the pandemic prevention and control workforce, resulting in high effectiveness and powerfully supporting the healthcare industry to quickly fight against the pandemic.
